The competition concept
Silp Sap, the project’s name, echoes Sinsap, the Thai word for “asset.” It fuses two ideas — silp (“art”) and sap (“wealth”) — so that a name evoking art also calls to mind a treasured asset. It reflects how art, born of imagination and beyond easy measure, gives rise to valuable intellectual property, worthy of being nurtured, developed, carried on, safeguarded, and built upon. That value aligns with the mission of the Ministry of Finance as a principal pillar of the nation’s finance and economy, driving growth and preserving stability.
The project therefore opens a stage for participation, inviting Thai youth from primary through higher education to create and give voice to their imagination — reflecting stories of finance and public finance through many branches of art. It begins with the everyday: saving, spending, trade, investment, and ideas for building on a business, at the level of the individual, the family, and the community, to lay firm and lasting foundations for the nation and the world alike. This is a stage of “pride, understanding, and opportunity” — a once-in-a-lifetime chance for Thai youth to show their creative power as co-hosts of a global finance and public-finance gathering:

Thailand as host of the IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026
Thailand has been selected to host the Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group — the IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026 — from 12–18 October 2026 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok. It is the second time the country has hosted, following 1991, making Thailand one of only three nations worldwide to have received the honor more than once — a mark of the international community’s confidence in the country’s potential, both as a regional hub of economic cooperation and in its readiness to stage events of international scale. The Meetings will bring together financial leaders from around the world — finance ministers from 191 countries and central-bank governors from 189, along with investors, financial institutions, and working delegations, totaling some 15,000–20,000 people — under the guiding theme
“Thailand’s New Horizons: Empowering People, Building Resilience.”

Above all, it is an opportunity for Thailand to help shape the global agenda and the design of the world’s economic and financial policy — giving voice to Thailand and ASEAN, and conveying the “power” of international cooperation to drive the global economy toward a sustainable future.
Project objectives
- To build awareness of, and pride in, Thailand’s role as host of the global IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026.
- To engage Thai youth in the nation’s hosting of the Meetings, with art as the bridge.

"ศิลป์ : ทรัพย์" คือ คำพ้องเสียงกับคำว่า “สินทรัพย์” โดยหยิบเอาคำว่า "ศิลปะ" และ "ทรัพย์" มาผสานกันเป็นแนวคิดของโครงการฯ ว่า "ศิลป์-ทรัพย์" สะท้อนความหมายถึงศิลปะเกิดจากจินตนาการอันยากจะประเมินมูลค่า และก่อเกิดเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอันทรงคุณค่า ควรค่า แก่การดูแล พัฒนา สืบสาน รักษา และต่อยอด คุณค่าดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับภารกิจของกระทรวงการคลัง ในฐานะเสาหลักด้านการเงิน และเศรษฐกิจ ผู้ขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตและรักษาเสถียรภาพของประเทศ

ประเทศไทย ได้รับเลือกให้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมประจำปี สภาผู้ว่าการกองทุนการเงินระหว่างประเทศ และกลุ่มธนาคารโลก (IMF–World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026) ระหว่างวันที่ 12–18 ตุลาคม 2569 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร นับเป็นครั้งที่สองต่อจากปี 2534 ถือเป็นเพียงหนึ่ง ในสามประเทศของโลก ที่ได้รับเกียรตินี้มากกว่า หนึ่งครั้ง
สะท้อนความเชื่อมั่นของประชาคมโลกที่มีต่อศักยภาพของไทย ทั้งในฐานะศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือทางเศรษฐกิจ ของภูมิภาคและความพร้อมในการจัดงานระดับนานาชาติ

Entry Rules & Guidelines
- Medium: Drawing, size A3, any technique.
- Who may enter: Primary students in Grades 4–6, nationwide
- Submitting work: Up to 2 works per entrant. First-round screening is by online submission of a photograph of the work at www.youthailand.com. Once the committee has chosen the finalists, results are announced and finalists are asked to send in the physical works for the committee to judge.
- Rules & conditions:
- The selection and judging committee will assess works for exhibition and grant awards to works of appropriate merit, without distinction as to the technique used.
- Award-winning works become the property of the project, which reserves the right to keep, manage, and reproduce them in any form it deems appropriate, for educational and public benefit.
- Every work chosen as a finalist may be reproduced in exhibitions, catalogues, printed matter, and all forms of modern media without further permission and free of any royalty.
- Should an entry be found not to comply with any of the rules above, the entrant may not claim exemption on the grounds of not having read the rules in full. The committee is empowered to disqualify the entrant, and its decision is final and not subject to appeal.

- การส่งผลงาน ผู้สมัครมีสิทธิ์ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด ไม่เกิน คนละ 2 ผลงาน โดยจะคัดเลือกผลงานในรอบแรกผ่านภาพถ่ายผลงานที่ส่งเข้าร่วมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ทางเว็บไซต์ www.youthailand.com เมื่อคณะกรรมการได้คัดเลือกผลงานที่ผ่านเข้ารอบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะประกาศผลเพื่อแจ้งให้ส่งผลงานจริง เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการตัดสินผลรางวัล
- เงื่อนไขข้อกำหนด และกติกา การส่งผลงานประเภทภาพวาดเข้าร่วมประกวด
- คณะกรรมการคัดเลือกและตัดสิน จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาผลงานเข้าร่วมแสดง และพิจารณาให้รางวัลแก่ผลงานที่มีคุณค่าเหมาะสมโดยไม่แยกประเภทของการใช้เทคนิค
- ผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล จะตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของโครงการ โดยโครงการมีสิทธิ์ในการดูแล และจัดการผลงาน รวมถึงเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ตามที่เห็นสมควร เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการศึกษา และเพื่อประโยชน์ทางสาธารณะ
- ผลงานทุกชิ้นที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เข้ารอบโครงการสามารถเผยแพร่ผลงานในรูปแบบของนิทรรศการ สูจิบัตร สิ่งพิมพ์ รวมทั้งสารสนเทศสมัยใหม่ทุกประเภทโดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาต และไม่ต้องมีค่าลิขสิทธิ์
- หากปรากฏว่าผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ไม่เป็นไปตามกติกาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างว่ากระทำผิดเพราะอ่านกติกาไม่ครบถ้วน คณะกรรมการฯ มีอำนาจในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้ที่ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์ใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดกฎหมายใด ๆ อันเจ้าของผลงานได้กระทำเพื่อจะได้ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดในรายการนี้ ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการอ่าน และทำความเข้าใจกับกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของโครงการฯ อย่างละเอียดและครบถ้วนทุกประการ หากกระทำผิดกฎระเบียบ และเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่งข้างต้น คณะผู้จัดการประกวดมีสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาถึงการให้เข้าร่วมประกวด หรืออาจมีการติดต่อไปในรายบุคคล หากต้องการขอข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานการได้มาของภาพเพิ่มเติม หรือ อาจทำการตัดสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนรางวัลในภายหลังได้
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไข รวมทั้งรางวัลโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวด และคณะกรรมการตัดสิน ไม่มีสิทธิ์ร่วมส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้
- การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

หลักเกณฑ์ และกติกาการเข้าร่วมประกวด
- ประเภทผลงาน ภาพวาด ขนาด A3 ไม่จำกัดเทคนิค
- ผู้มีสิทธิ์ส่งเข้าประกวด เยาวชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1-3 ทั่วประเทศ
- การส่งผลงาน ผู้สมัครมีสิทธิ์ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด ไม่เกิน คนละ 2 ผลงาน โดย จะคัดเลือกผลงานในรอบแรกผ่านภาพถ่ายผลงานที่ส่งเข้าร่วมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ทางเว็บไซต์ www.youthailand.com เมื่อคณะกรรมการได้คัดเลือกผลงานที่ผ่านเข้ารอบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะประกาศผลเพื่อแจ้งให้ส่งผลงานจริง เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการตัดสินผลรางวัล

- คณะกรรมการคัดเลือกและตัดสิน จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาผลงานเข้าร่วมแสดง และพิจารณาให้รางวัลแก่ผลงานที่มีคุณค่าเหมาะสมโดยไม่แยกประเภทของการใช้เทคนิค
- ผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล จะตกเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของโครงการ โดยโครงการมีสิทธิ์ในการดูแล และจัดการผลงาน รวมถึงเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ตามที่เห็นสมควร เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการศึกษา และเพื่อประโยชน์ทางสาธารณะ
- ผลงานทุกชิ้นที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เข้ารอบโครงการสามารถเผยแพร่ผลงานในรูปแบบของนิทรรศการ สูจิบัตร สิ่งพิมพ์ รวมทั้งสารสนเทศสมัยใหม่ทุกประเภทโดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาต และไม่ต้องมีค่าลิขสิทธิ์
- หากปรากฏว่าผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ไม่เป็นไปตามกติกาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างว่ากระทำผิดเพราะอ่านกติกาไม่ครบถ้วน คณะกรรมการฯ มีอำนาจในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้ที่ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์ใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดกฎหมายใด ๆ อันเจ้าของผลงานได้กระทำเพื่อจะได้ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดในรายการนี้ ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการอ่าน และทำความเข้าใจกับกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไข ต่าง ๆ ของโครงการฯ อย่างละเอียดและครบถ้วนทุกประการ หากกระทำผิดกฎระเบียบ และเงื่อนไขข้อ ใดข้อหนึ่งข้างต้น คณะผู้จัดการประกวด มีสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาถึงการให้เข้าร่วมประกวด หรืออาจมี การติดต่อไปในรายบุคคล หากต้องการขอข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานการได้มาของภาพเพิ่มเติม หรืออาจทำการตัดสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนรางวัลในภายหลังได้
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไข รวมทั้งรางวัลโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวด และคณะกรรมการตัดสิน ไม่มีสิทธิ์ร่วมส่งผลงานเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้
- การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

- การส่งผลงาน ผู้สมัครมีสิทธิ์ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดได้ไม่เกิน 5 ผลงาน โดยส่งผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ทางเว็บไซต์ www.youthailand.com
- เงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนด และกติกาการส่งผลงานประเภทภาพถ่ายเข้าร่วมประกวด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องบันทึกภายในกรอบเวลา ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2567 – 31 สิงหาคม 2569
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพที่บันทึกในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
- ผู้สมัครต้องกรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มการสมัครที่กำหนด โดยต้องกรอกข้อมูลของภาพให้ครบถ้วนและต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่งเข้าประกวด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ต้องเป็นภาพถ่ายที่ถ่ายด้วยตนเองเท่านั้นและไม่กระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
- ภาพถ่ายจากกล้องดิจิตอลทั่วไป อาทิ DSLR, Mirrorless, Medium Format, Large Format, Range-Finder, Compact, Action Camera, ฯลฯ หรือ กล้องบรรจุฟิล์มที่ต้องทำมาสแกนภาพเป็นดิจิตอล
- สามารถใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือ Tablet ถ่ายเพื่อส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดได้
- ไม่รับภาพจากโดรน (Drone)
- ไฟล์ภาพต้องมี “ขนาดด้านสั้นที่สุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 pixels” และ “ขนาดด้านยาวที่สุดต้องไม่เกินกว่า 6,000 pixels” ในรูปแบบไฟล์ .jpeg เท่านั้น และต้องรักษาไฟล์ RAW ไว้ในกรณีที่มีการเรียกตรวจสอบ
- ในกรณีที่ใช้กล้องบรรจุฟิล์มจะต้องนำฟิล์มไปสแกนเป็นไฟล์ภาพดิจิตอลที่มี “ขนาดด้านสั้นที่สุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 pixels” และ “ขนาดด้านยาวที่สุดต้องไม่เกินกว่า 6,000 pixels” ในรูปแบบไฟล์ .jpeg เท่านั้น และควรต้องรักษาฟิล์มต้นฉบับไว้แสดงในกรณีมีการเรียกตรวจสอบ
- สำหรับภาพที่ผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้าย ทางผู้จัดการประกวดอาจทำการเรียกขอไฟล์ขนาดใหญ่สุด รวมถึงหลักฐานอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม
- ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่ใส่ลายน้ำ เครดิตภาพ ตัวอักษร หรือกราฟิกใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น บนภาพ รวมทั้งห้ามเว้นขอบภาพไม่ว่าสีใดๆก็ตาม
- สามารถปรับแต่งภาพถ่ายได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดใด ๆ มาก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวดในเวทีสาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กรอื่นใด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่ติดหรือมีข้อผูกมัดในเรื่องกรรมสิทธิ์ภาพจากหน่วยงานใด ๆทั้งสิ้น และไม่ใช่ภาพที่ใช้ส่งขายตาม Stock Photo ทุกแห่ง ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ที่เจ้าของผลงานมีสัญญาผูกพันต่อบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใด ๆ ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในกรณีนี้เองแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ด้วยฝีมือมนุษย์เท่านั้น และต้องไม่ถูกสร้างโดยการใช้คำสั่ง AI Generating Prompts บน Application นอกอุปกรณ์ถ่ายภาพ ไม่ว่าจะทำกับส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งภาพ
- ภาพถ่ายที่ได้รับรางวัลจะถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของคณะผู้จัดการประกวด แต่ลิขสิทธิ์ของภาพยังคงเป็นของเจ้าของภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทางคณะผู้จัด มีสิทธิ์นำไฟล์ภาพไปใช้ในการเผยแพร่ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ อาทิ TV ช่องทางออนไลน์ อาทิ โซเชียลมีเดีย เว็บไซต์ แชต และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อื่น ๆ ที่เป็นรูปแบบออฟไลน์ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของภาพทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ทางคณะผู้จัดการประกวดให้ความสำคัญกับการประกาศความเป็นตัวตนของเจ้าของผลงาน และจะทำการระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานตามความเหมาะสมเท่าที่ทำได้เมื่อมีการนำภาพถ่ายไปใช้งาน
- ภาพถ่ายทุกไฟล์ที่ส่งเข้าประกวดและไม่ได้รับรางวัลจะยังเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของเจ้าของภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคัดเลือกภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ไม่ได้รับรางวัลไปใช้ทำการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและผลิตสูจิบัตรนิทรรศการหรือสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่น ๆ โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์แก่เจ้าของภาพ และไม่ต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของภาพทราบล่วงหน้า ภายในระยะเวลา 4 ปีนับจากประกาศผล ทั้งนี้ทางคณะผู้จัดการประกวดให้ความสำคัญกับการประกาศความเป็นตัวตนของเจ้าของผลงาน และหากต้องการใช้ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ไม่ได้รับรางวัล คณะผู้จัดจะติดต่อเจ้าของภาพเป็นกรณีไป และจะทำการระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานตามความเหมาะสมเท่าที่ทำได้เมื่อมีการนำภาพถ่ายไปใช้จัดแสดงหรือนำไปใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์
- หากปรากฏว่าภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดไม่เป็นไปตามกติกาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างว่ากระทำผิดเพราะอ่านกติกาไม่ครบถ้วน คณะกรรมการฯ มีอำนาจในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวด และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์ใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดกฎหมายใดๆ อันเจ้าของผลงานได้กระทำเพื่อจะได้ภาพที่ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดในรายการนี้ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการอ่านและทำความเข้าใจกับกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของโครงการฯ อย่างละเอียดและครบถ้วนทุกประการ หากกระทำผิดกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่งข้างต้น คณะผู้จัดการประกวดมีสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาถึงการให้เข้าร่วมประกวด หรืออาจมีการติดต่อไปในรายบุคคลหากต้องการขอข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานการได้มาของภาพเพิ่มเติม หรือ อาจทำการตัดสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนรางวัลในภายหลังได้
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข รวมทั้งรางวัลโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

หลักเกณฑ์ และกติกาการเข้าร่วมประกวด
- ประเภทผลงาน ภาพถ่าย ไม่จำกัดเทคนิค
- ผู้มีสิทธิ์ส่งเข้าประกวด เยาวชนระดับอาชีวศึกษาและมหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศ อายุไม่เกิน 23 ปี
- การส่งผลงาน ผู้สมัครมีสิทธิ์ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดได้ไม่เกิน 5 ผลงาน โดยส่งผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ทางเว็บไซต์ www.youthailand.com
- เงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนด และกติกาการส่งผลงานประเภทภาพถ่ายเข้าร่วมประกวด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องบันทึกภายในกรอบเวลา ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2567 – 31 สิงหาคม 2569
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นภาพที่บันทึกในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
- ผู้สมัครต้องกรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มการสมัครที่กำหนด โดยต้องกรอกข้อมูลของภาพให้ครบถ้วนและต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่งเข้าประกวด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ต้องเป็นภาพถ่ายที่ถ่ายด้วยตนเองเท่านั้นและไม่กระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
- ภาพถ่ายจากกล้องดิจิตอลทั่วไป อาทิ DSLR, Mirrorless, Medium Format, Large Format, Range-Finder, Compact, Action Camera, ฯลฯ หรือ กล้องบรรจุฟิล์มที่ต้องทำมาสแกนภาพเป็นดิจิตอล
- สามารถใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือ Tablet ถ่ายเพื่อส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดได้
- ไม่รับภาพจากโดรน (Drone)
- ไฟล์ภาพต้องมี “ขนาดด้านสั้นที่สุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 pixels” และ “ขนาดด้านยาวที่สุดต้องไม่เกินกว่า 6,000 pixels” ในรูปแบบไฟล์ .jpeg เท่านั้น และต้องรักษาไฟล์ RAW ไว้ในกรณีที่มีการเรียกตรวจสอบ
- ในกรณีที่ใช้กล้องบรรจุฟิล์มจะต้องนำฟิล์มไปสแกนเป็นไฟล์ภาพดิจิตอลที่มี “ขนาดด้านสั้นที่สุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 pixels” และ “ขนาดด้านยาวที่สุดต้องไม่เกินกว่า 6,000 pixels” ในรูปแบบไฟล์ .jpeg เท่านั้น และควรต้องรักษาฟิล์มต้นฉบับไว้แสดงในกรณีมีการเรียกตรวจสอบ
- สำหรับภาพที่ผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้าย ทางผู้จัดการประกวดอาจทำการเรียกขอไฟล์ขนาดใหญ่สุด รวมถึงหลักฐานอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม
- ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่ใส่ลายน้ำ เครดิตภาพ ตัวอักษร หรือกราฟิกใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น บนภาพ รวมทั้งห้ามเว้นขอบภาพไม่ว่าสีใด ๆ ก็ตาม
- สามารถปรับแต่งภาพถ่ายได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตัดสิน
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลจากการประกวดใด ๆ มาก่อน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประกวดในเวทีสาธารณะ หรือการประกวดภายในของสมาคม ชมรม หรือองค์กรอื่นใด
- ภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องไม่ติดหรือมีข้อผูกมัดในเรื่องกรรมสิทธิ์ภาพจากหน่วยงานใด ๆทั้งสิ้น และไม่ใช่ภาพที่ใช้ส่งขายตาม Stock Photo ทุกแห่ง ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ที่เจ้าของผลงานมีสัญญาผูกพันต่อบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานใด ๆ ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในกรณีนี้เองแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นผลงานที่สร้างสรรค์ด้วยฝีมือมนุษย์เท่านั้น และต้องไม่ถูกสร้างโดยการใช้คำสั่ง AI Generating Prompts บน Application นอกอุปกรณ์ถ่ายภาพ ไม่ว่าจะทำกับส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งหรือทั้งภาพ
- ภาพถ่ายที่ได้รับรางวัลจะถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของคณะผู้จัด แต่ลิขสิทธิ์ของภาพยังคงเป็นของเจ้าของภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทางคณะผู้จัดการประกวด มีสิทธิ์นำไฟล์ภาพไปใช้ในการเผยแพร่ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ อาทิ TV ช่องทางออนไลน์ อาทิ โซเชียลมีเดีย เว็บไซต์ แชต และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อื่น ๆ ที่เป็นรูปแบบออฟไลน์ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของภาพทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ทางคณะผู้จัดการประกวดให้ความสำคัญกับการประกาศความเป็นตัวตนของเจ้าของผลงาน และจะทำการระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานตามความเหมาะสมเท่าที่ทำได้เมื่อมีการนำภาพถ่ายไปใช้งาน
- ภาพถ่ายทุกไฟล์ที่ส่งเข้าประกวดและไม่ได้รับรางวัลจะยังเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของเจ้าของภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้คณะผู้จัดการประกวด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคัดเลือกภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ไม่ได้รับรางวัลไปใช้ทำการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและผลิตสูจิบัตรนิทรรศการหรือสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์อื่น ๆ โดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าลิขสิทธิ์แก่เจ้าของภาพ และไม่ต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของภาพทราบล่วงหน้า ภายในระยะเวลา 4 ปีนับจากประกาศผล ทั้งนี้ทางคณะผู้จัดการประกวดให้ความสำคัญกับการประกาศความเป็นตัวตนของเจ้าของผลงาน และหากต้องการใช้ภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดที่ไม่ได้รับรางวัล คณะผู้จัดจะติดต่อเจ้าของภาพเป็นกรณีไป และจะทำการระบุชื่อเจ้าของผลงานตามความเหมาะสมเท่าที่ทำได้เมื่อมีการนำภาพถ่ายไปใช้จัดแสดงหรือนำไปใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์
- หากปรากฏว่าภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวดไม่เป็นไปตามกติกาข้อใดข้อหนึ่งที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อ้างว่ากระทำผิดเพราะอ่านกติกาไม่ครบถ้วน คณะกรรมการฯ มีอำนาจในการตัดสิทธิ์ผู้ที่ส่งภาพเข้าประกวด และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ผู้ส่งภาพเข้าประกวดไม่มีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์ใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดจะไม่รับผิดชอบเรื่องการละเมิดกฎหมายใด ๆ อันเจ้าของผลงานได้กระทำเพื่อจะได้ภาพที่ส่งเข้าร่วมประกวดในรายการนี้ซึ่งเจ้าของผลงานต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียว
- ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการอ่านและทำความเข้าใจกับกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของโครงการฯ อย่างละเอียดและครบถ้วนทุกประการ หากกระทำผิดกฎระเบียบและเงื่อนไขข้อใดข้อหนึ่งข้างต้น คณะผู้จัดการประกวดมีสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาถึงการให้เข้าร่วมประกวด หรืออาจมีการติดต่อไปในรายบุคคลหากต้องการขอข้อมูลหรือหลักฐานการได้มาของภาพเพิ่มเติม หรือ อาจทำการตัดสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนรางวัลในภายหลังได้
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข รวมทั้งรางวัลโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- คณะผู้จัดการประกวด และคณะกรรมการตัดสิน ไม่มีสิทธิ์ร่วมส่งภาพถ่ายเข้าร่วมประกวดในครั้งนี้
- การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
